Terms and Conditions
regarding Bookings, Payments and Cancellations

Payment is due upon receipt of a DevTrust Training invoice. The invoice serves as confirmation of your booking. No statements are generated.

Payment can be made via EFT or direct deposit prior to the event date.

The invoice number must be used as the reference number on your EFT or deposit transaction.

No payments are accepted at the event WITHOUT PRIOR ARRANGEMENT.

Invoices not settled prior to the workshop date are deemed overdue and interest is calculated at a rate of 2.5% per month.

Certificates are issued upon attendance of participant providing payment has been received.

Cancellations need to be done at least 7 working days prior to the workshop date in writing to training@devtrust.com. If you do not receive a receipt email from DMT Seminars, it means that we have not received your cancellation notice.
For cancellations received less than 7 working days prior to the workshop, the participant and their company is liable for a 20% (of the invoiced amount) cancellation admin levy.
For no cancellation received or a no show on the day of the workshop 100% of the invoiced amount is due for cancellation levies.

For cancellations made at DevTrust’s instance 100% of the invoiced amount will be refunded within 7 days.

Substitute participants are welcome. (details of substitute participant must be provided in writing prior to commencement of the event. (via email)

All legal costs relating to the recovery of outstanding monies will be levied to your account.

It is the responsibility of your company / authorised representative(s) to ensure that purchase orders and vendor forms are submitted well in advance upon booking to DevTrust Training. Should this incur payment delays, your company will be levied with the overdue interest costs.

DISCLAIMER: While DevTrust Training offers training, coaching and lectures / talks, the abilities of individuals to assimilate and utilise the information provided is entirely up to that individual. Course certificates are based on attendance and not on examination, therefore DevTrust Training assumes no responsibility for the variance in individual attendees’ abilities and commitment.
